This is a lovely way to end my Sunday - 36 minute Hatha Yoga exercise from YogaYak (A lovely website that is in need of support - check them out!) It’s called “Yoga for Sadness” - I am not particularly sad today, but I thought I’d give it a go for kicks.
This is good for beginners to intermediate practitioners and I find it offered great modifications for me as a fat woman as well.
