Yoga Diaries: Day 15
Some days I feel so heavy. Yesterday I weighed myself, and although as an intelligent person I know that fluctuations in weight are perfectly reasonable, especially when exercising- I let myself get down because I have continued to gain weight.

The guy knows he’s going down for murder and he’s trying to turn his trial into a soapbox that he can preach from. I am sick to myself that he is being allowed such a plea - voluntary manslaughter can result in a 5 year prision stay.
Yoga Dairies: Day 11
Despite the weeks of my pleading and his refusal, I finally have gotten Eric to a Yoga class. He really gave ‘er, too - by the end of this afternoon’s class, he was sweaty and exhausted.
